Simply look for the  logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $75 or more, your order ships FREE!
ALL OTHER ORDERS US Orders To speed up order turn-around time and to reduce shipping costs for all, our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail on orders wherever possible. Now most orders, after shipping, will be received within 3 days. Large orders will still ship using UPS Ground option, which takes 1-5 business days for delivery. International Orders International orders ship First Class or Priority Mail depending on the weight of the order, which may take 6-14 business days to receive. Please allow for this time to elapse before inquiring about delivery status. Orders can get held up at customs, but will in most cases arrive safely to its delivery destination. It may just take the full 14 business days to arrive. Please do not ask us to resend an order until the full time has elapsed, because chances are good that you would receive both orders, and would have to send one back to us. The number listed in the tracking field in your order is a reference number provided by the United States Postal Service, but is not necessarily trackable over international borders. Tracking information is not updated consistently for international shipments, or between international agencies. If there is a delay in shipment, it is typically due to incorrect address information or formatting, and Modern Wall Graphics bears no responsibility for errors entered in the customer online ordering process. Shipping Rates The shipping rate is determined by the weight of the product ordered. Since each order is produced for each customer, we cannot provide Overnight shipping due to the need for at least one day of production time. Production Time Stock items, limited to popular styles, sizes and colors, require processing time, but no production time to fill orders. If your order is not a stock color, etc, your order may be custom made. Please be aware that due to the custom nature of orders, you need to allow for production time, which may be 1-3 business days. For large orders (4+ Accent Packs or 2+ Wall Packs), production time may be up to 7 business days, depending on order colors chosen. Express Ship Options If you have a deadline to meet for delivery of your order, we try our best to accommodate it, many times without any additional shipping charge. NOTE: that if you choose an expedited shipping option, this will not necessarily speed up the production time associated with your order. If you need extra attention made for your order that the site does not show options for, please speak to our Customer Service department about your specific needs. International Duty and Tax Charges All countries have duty and tax fees that are not included in the cost of us to ship a customer's order. We do not have access to the calculation or governing of these fees, so therefore hold no liability in the incurrence of these fees. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay any incurred processing cost for their package to be received by their country. If you are not in the United States, and you want to determine these costs before you order, please contact your local postal service and inquire about this information. |

| Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
